"We loved Casa Las Palmas, and even extended our stay. It’s a few KM down the road from Trinidad in Casilda, a small village that really feels like the real Cuba. It’s also close to Playa Ancon which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cuba and it’s easy and cheap to get taxis to the beach or to Trinidad. Jorg and his family were very helpful and welcoming, and the food is out of this world (and plentiful), especially the home baked bread – good bread is difficult to come by in Cuba.
