The house is located in a quiet street, 200m from the town center and amenities (banks, shops, etc.) and 150m from the cigar factory.

The ground floor is occupied by the people of the house: Manuela,her grandma Julie, her husband Sandy and their housekeeper Myleidis who comes by every day.

On upper floor, with separate entrance, two rooms for rent to travelers - one air-conditioned with a double bed and a single and the other with double bed has only ventilation, no ac - they share a common bathroom.

Another bathroom is available on the ground floor. Access to the terrace and garden from the rooms.

Terrace garden "ranchon" where breakfast and lunch are served. Parking 100m away (2CUC night).
