The retired, genteel couple (Omelio was an Engineer; Mercedes, a Social Assistant) has been renting since 1997 an upstairs apartment including two aircon bedrooms (double and single bed in each), each with ensuite bathroom and fridge; a rare central water heater supplies hot water and replaces the usual heating element at the shower head.
Patio at ground level. Balcony and terrace in back and a sun area on third floor. Their children both teach at Universidad Marta Abreu here in Santa Clara. English and French spoken.
