This large colonial house is near Parque Céspedes downtown. The charming and always smiling couple (Beatriz and David) now run Betty's parents' place and rent two aircon bedrooms : one upstairs with its ownb balcony (narrow staircase), both large aircon bedroom with their own private ensuite bathroom with two beds, air-conditioning. Everything is neat and tidy as per Bea and David's wishes. Rates : 20-25cuc per night for bedroom. Breakfasts, 3cuc; dinners 6-8cuc; meals are prepared by Bea herself, her staff or David. Other services: car custodian, TV, laundry, patio, travel counseling. "I spent three nights at this house. I have no words to describe the kindness, generosity and excellent treatment of the family and the house staff. They are my family in Santiago de Cuba. The house was extremely confortable and clean.
