Located close to Villas Soroa and its inviting swimming pool (free of use), the place is quite famous in the region since historians have written that this was the secret rendez-vous of certain bearded men who wanted to overturn Batista's dictatorship in the Fifties. The casa is located next to a primary school where the voices of the kids harmonize with those of daughters Sabrina and Melisa as well as the chanting of the birds. Jesus and Aliuska's casa also serves as a workshop and showroom. Aliuska runs the casa particular where the couple rents an independent large bedroom with two beds equiped with mosquito nets and private ensuite in a detached casita with a rear balcony to admire the "all-green-all-the-time" scenery. The front of the house serves as a dining room (comedor). Rates : 20-25cuc for the bedroom per night; meals served. |

 Jesus is a budding painter who sometimes does showings in Pinar del Rio and Old Havana and in galleries and museums in a dozen countries.
