"We stayed for a week with Betty and her son Jorge. The rooms are super clean, with very comfortable mattresses, terraces. "Betty does well in English but her son Jorge is fluent; very friendly, they help you on request.	"We recommend this place 100%, the rooms (max 5) all have a terrace around a garden far from the street. Very close to the beach, 3 mins. For an extra 5 cuc, Betty cooks you a very good breakfast. 	"After three days elsewhere, I finally found this good casa at a good price. The house is close to the beach and the town center where there are many restaurants serving good food and fresh fish. "The casa is run by a family who offers a very good welcome and good service. The house is ventilated and has been recently repainted, the rooms are cleaned every day, the beds are very comfortable and the sheets are changed regularly. "All rooms have air conditioning, TV, safe, fridge and access to the terrace. An excursion is offered by Jorgito. In the evening, relax in a hammock in the garden. GETTING TO BETTYMAR CASA From Varadero airport : Leaving the airport, turn left onto the Matanzas - Varadero highway. At the traffic lights at the entrance to the peninsula, take the left lane and cross the iron bridge, continue along the highway south to calle 27, turn left, proceed two blocks to the home identified with the number 107. From the Varadero Viazul bus station (Calle 37 and Autopista del Sur) : Take Highway South to the right, turn on 27 Street to the house identified with the number 107 - Entrance on side street. GETTING HERE From La Habana : Cross the tunnel in Habana Vieja, take the Via Blanca highway towards Cojimar, then Playas del Este, then Matanzas and towards Varadero. Some 20meters past the Varadero airport, at the traffic lights at the entrance to the peninsula, take the left lane and cross the iron bridge, continue along the highway south to calle 27, turn right, proceed one block to the home identified with the number 107. From the Central or Eastern (Oriente) regions : Drive to Cárdenas and take the Cárdenas - Varadero tunnel which gets you to the point of meeting the mainland with the peninsula. Upon arrival at the traffic lights at the entrance to the peninsula, take the left lane and cross the iron bridge, continue along the highway south to calle 27, turn right, proceed one block to the home identified with the number 107.
