 Away from the hustle and bustle yet across one of its best-known restaurants, La Ceiba - if you won't dine there, at least have a peak at the noble and majestic ceiba tree [Photos]. |
 The couple of engineers have been renting a ground floor two-bedded ac room off the entrance for years which they recently greatly expanded on a new second floor with three ac bedrooms with ensuites sharing a front balcony - eventually modernized with bar. Le couple d'ingénieurs propose au moins trois chambres, dont une au rez-de-chaussée et les autres à l'étage, dont une avec des fenêtres sur le coin de l'ajout avec une vue assez inusitée et imprenable.
On trouve un salon à l'entrée avec une chambre juste en face puis la salle à dîner au fond et encore plus au fond en contrebas, un autre patio, surtout utilisés par la famille (dont deux ados). Les chambres pour voyageurs se trouvent en haut de l'escalier où l'on trouvera une grande terrasse face au célèbre resto La Ceiba. |

Patricia Betancourt La pareja de ingenieros ofrece, cuatro dormitorios, uno en la planta baja, una en el suelo, con ventanas de esquina y vistas inusuales e impresionantes. Hay un salón en la entrada con una habitación y al final el comedor y luego en la parte inferior otro patio, utilizado principalmente por la familia (incluyendo dos adolescentes). Las tres habitaciones en la parte superior comparten una gran terraza frente al famoso restaurante La Ceiba. |

"It is very close to the Viazul bus station as well as the centre of town & is right across the road from one of the best paladares in town, La Ceiba. This was a lovely place to stay hosted by a family - husband, wife, their 2 kids & grandmother. They were friendly people & it was nice for us to feel a part of the family when we were so far away from ours. This was one of the best casas. Oscar has been renovating & adding on to the original house for years & we had a really nice terrace right outside our room to sit & watch the sunset right in front of us in rocking chairs, it was great.
There are more terraces on the roof. They arranged for us to rent bikes for a day to go to the beach. We had breakfast every morning as is usual in the casas, it was very good." monijmail. london, uk 24.02.14, tripad |
