Overlooking the sea from afar, across the Via Blanca in a strictly residential area, this casa offers calm and serenity with a lovely horizon.
Typically American-style front lawn (photos taken after dry winter), and on the side, two palms giving shade to a shower and hammock. Who can beat that ? Manuel rents two bedrooms : one with aircon, one with fan and natural breeze; both share a modern bathroom with hot shower. For the use of guests, a kitchen with its gas stove and a dining room opening to a terrace. Garage, tv, fridge, phone. Meal service is optional. Rates : 35cuc per bedroom per night. In other words, for 70cuc per day, guest rent the whole casa (ideal for a family of two couples) and the owners live right next door, ready to help. |
