Couple with daughter rents two aircon bedrooms, each with ensuite bath and both 220V (european) and 110V (standard american-type) electricity outlets.

The casa is upstairs and offers safe and peaceful lodging where you can enjoy your vacation in a family atmosphere in a colonial building from the early twentieth century with elegant romanesque columns.

Both bedrooms are comfortable witha balcony overlooking Neptuno. The kitchen is very nice and extends to the living room. This whole area is airy, fresh and bright.

Jorge has a Masters in Health Economics, works all day and in his free time shares with guests and likes to get opinions through dialogue.

His wife runs the casa full time, works hard as the breadwinner. The couple's daughter has graduated from nearby University and she's the one who gets along well in English.

Rates : bedrooms are doubles; single rate is 25-30€/$US; 2 friends or 1 couple for 30 per bedroom per night; both have minibar, air conditioning, TV, hot and cold water, natural light, exterior windows for ventilation and a source of drinkable water.
