In 2016, the couple completely renovated this two-story typical Cuban colonial house and turned it into a new hostel with new and modern furniture. The casa offers no less than six comfy and zen-like bedrooms (3 ground floor, 3 up a staircase) with private bathroom each, new aircon units (split) and fans for those sensitive to ac. There is an entrance hall to listen to music, where to relax with a book, a dining room where the anfitrianos serve breakfast and dinner, a nice patio amongst all the rooms, plants and a space where smokers can enjoy a Cuban cigar or a cigarette in peace. In the back, the apartment of the owners - always available for any information. Rates: 30cuc per bedroom per night; breakfast 5cuc, dinners 8-15cuc; check-in : noon, checkout time 10am; laundry service. |

"I stayed here in Centro Havana overnight. The hosts were very helpful - recommending a place to have tea, which turned out to be very good and organising a taxi for an early morning departure to the airport. The room had very good air con and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern. All the renovations were tastefully done and the sitting areas were very comfortable.
