Colonial renovated in the 1940s in quiet and safe residential area of the city. Both rentals are in perfect condition.

The apartment is on the ground floor (attached to the main house) consisting of a double room with a double bed and a personal, hall, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy outdoor terrace with seating to share and table with chairs.

The second bedroom is on the top floor of the main house and has a king type bed, plus a furnished living room, and terrace with a personal children's pool, a game table and chairs inside the room or in the terrace; if guests wish may make use of the dining room and separate area in addition to a kitchenette.

The house is one block from 5th Avenue, and is near main attractions in the area and three blocks from the sea; nearby is the Neurological hospital and hospitals Ciren and Cimeq, business centers, recreation, shopping, sports, restaurants.

The house offers chauffeured taxi service with professional driver in modern air-conditioned car or classic car of the year 1946; car parking garage and laundry and ironing. Cleaning, change of towels is done daily, and included in the price of the room.

"We stayed at Marta and Hugo's house for five days. The experience those days exceeded our expectations, it was impeccable the continuous attention of both, their speed to resolve our doubts, and the affection with which they make you feel better than at home.

The breakfasts they offer are all wonderful, with quality and quantity. They have two bedrooms, one king-size bed with their own small kitchen and their own bathroom, and the other with a double and one single bed perfect for 3 people, also with their own bathroom.
