In this 16-storey building built in 1958, Apto Esther (Esther's Apartment) is located on the 8th floor where two rooms are rented and where the owners Maria and her son Hector, a university student live since 2007. From the heights, the building offers unique views of Parque Victor Hugo below (photo at bottom) and the Vedado district all the way to the Plaza de la Revolución one way and the seaside Malecon looking north.

Living room, dining room, large kitchen, hall and patio are shared with customers. The elevator arrives at the door of the apartment where you can rent a single room or the whole apartment with its two rooms. Each room has a bathroom: private inside bedroom 1 and for bedroom 2, private outside. The two bedrooms each boast a double or single bed, fan and air conditioning, refrigerator, table and chairs, bedside lamps. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom, double bed, chair, table, bedside lamps, fan, wardrobe, safe, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom, double bed, chairs, table, stool, bedside lamps, fan, wardrobe, safe; outdoor bathroom. This bedroom can be converted into a triple with an added single bed. Rates: 40 / 35cuc per night per bedroom (high / low); or for three in a room: 50 / 45cuc; breakfasts : 5cuc on request before arrival. The casa does not prepare other meals Note: If the client rents the entire apartment, Maria and Hector leave all the space. If the client rents one of the rooms, the hosts stay to help. Location: In the heart of the Vedado, between calle G (Avenida de los Presidentes) and H street, the high-rise is close to the UNEAC and the ALBA. Una tiene el baño privado adentro y el otro baño privado afuera.- cuartos con matrimonial o sencillo, bano privado adentro o compartido Los dos cuartos : cada uno con cama matrimonial o sencillo, ventilador y aire acondicionado, refri (nevera), mesa y sillas, lamparas de cama. Cuarto 1: Habitación doble, cama matrimonial, 1 silla, 1 mesa, 2 lámparas de noche, 1 ventilador, closet, caja fuerte, baño interior. Cuarto 2: Habitación doble, cama matrimonial, 2 silla, 1 mesa, 1 banqueta, 2 lámparas de noche, 1 ventilador, closet, caja fuerte; baño exterior. Este cuarto se puede convertir en habitación triple porque podemos agregar una cama personal. Precios : 40cuc x noche (alta) / 35cuc x noche (baja); o por tres huespedes : 50cuc x noche (alta) / 45cuc x noche (baja); Desayuno: 5cuc x pax (debe solicitarse antes de la llegada del cliente).
