 Beautiful colonial house built in 1924, located in one of the most central areas of Havana, between the Plaza de la Revolucion (tower, museum, Habana Bus Tour) and famous Carlos III street leading to Old Havana.

This house has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, porch, garden, garage, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens, courtyard and a large terrace.

Oscar rents on the ground floor two separate bedrooms (two beds in each room). Both have private bathrooms, hot and cold water, air conditioning, fan and refrigerator, also have windows that allow enjoyment of the Cuban climate and natural light.

Also for rent, a complete floor upstairs accessible through the corkscrew staircase; it features one large room with two double beds, a kitchenette area with fridge and gas burners and a table and chairs and its own private large terrace and an ensuite bathroom.

The common areas of the house are available to tourists : garden, two living rooms, dining room, garage, etc.

Quinta de los Molinos, the beautiful historic park finally re-opened in 2014 after a decade of restauration undertook by Havana's Historiador.
