Oralia is retired, lives alone and has been renting since 1999. The house is located in a quiet and virtually no car traffic area near a small shaded park where there is a counter-convenience store with all sorts of alcoholic products, fatty or sweet stuff, etc, one block away from a Rapido (fast food) with a nice terrace. Oralia describes her place thus : "It's an upstairs behind a colonial-style facade. A large living room and a lobby where the outer corridor along the room entrances. " "Each bedroom has aircon, TV, fridge and access to a telephone, the bathroom is shared. One bedroom has a double bed (matrimonial) and the other twins. The house has a cozy balcony terrace on the street with hammock, chairs and plants. " Rates per room per night 30cuc; 5cuc breakfasts, dinners 8-15cuc according to likings of travelers; laundry service. |
