The Doctora is a stomatologist who has been renting since early 2008 a whole upstairs apartment with its own access in a private space including TV, refrigerator and kitchen with furnishings.

The Doctora can have breakfast and dinner served with advance notice to guests who are renting only a bedroom.

Rates : 25cuc for the apartment per night; one bedroom is 20cuc (w/o kitchen use).


LOCATION
The house is only eight blocks from downtown, near the Mirador de Monserrate, one of the more visited tourist attractions in Matanzas.

There are shopping centers and kiosks for fresh fruits and vegetables a few blocks from the house, and a bank 6 blocks away.

It is also near a Hospital that offers health service for tourists.



FOR RENT
"The whole two-bedroom floor is for rent; otherwise, bedrooms can be rented as separate accommodations. It features two bedrooms with air conditioner and fan, refrigerator, T.V and bathroom with hot water, each, as well as a dining-room and kitchen, equipped with all the implements and accessories; there is also a small terrace with a sink.

"If need be, we offer breakfasts and dinners at very good prices, laundry service and daily cleaning service,except Sundays, as well as a change of sheets and towels every three days. Free local telephone calls.

Rates : the price for the whole floor for 4 people, including use of the kitchen in high season is 25cuc; one bedroom for 2 people not including the kitchen, is 20cuc.

"In low season,the prices are 20cuc and 15cuc, respectively. Long-term rental rates are available.
